As one of our new website’s first visitors, the staff of the Superior Court Clerk’s office would like to acquaint you with some of the features we’ve incorporated into this new resource.
Information is organized around the core functions of our office.
- Courts
- Jury Information
- Notary Public
- Real & Personal Property
- Board of Equalization
Each section will provide an overview of these core functions along with relevant forms and links to deeper reading.
‘Courts’ is further divided into domestic, civil non-domestic, and criminal. On each of these pages, and on the ‘Search Cases’ page, you can retrieve information about individual case files.
There are three different searches for civil and criminal case information.
- ‘Case’ search will provide all current information for each case – parties to the case; case number; type of case; filing & disposition date; judge assigned; proceedings/events held on the case.
- ‘Calendar’ search will provide information about upcoming court hearings that are scheduled for each case.
- ‘Minutes’ will provide information about recent court hearings on cases before the court.
Each of these can be searched by case number, party name or judge (when assigned).
We are working to implement the ability to retrieve copies of pleadings and motions filed into each civil case. Watch this page for updated information.
Please take a minute to browse our site and post any comments or questions in the provided areas.
Thank you for visiting.
