The Clerk of Superior Court provides this page as a guide to Georgia’s statewide eFiling systems. All filings must be submitted through the approved state portals listed below.

Civil eFiling

All civil filings, including domestic and general civil, require eFiling pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 15-6-11(b)(1). Public access terminals are available at the courthouse for those without internet service. Columbia County’s portal for these filings is managed by PeachCourt where you will find information on the steps needed to successfully transmit your filing.

Criminal eFiling

The Columbia Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office files the majority of criminal case documents through the criminal eFiling portal.

This portal is the most reliable way to stay informed about filings in cases in which you are a party.

Real Estate eFiling

Electronic filing of deeds, liens, plats, and PT-61 forms is administered through the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) statewide portal.
